Protestor to be provided with access to food and water

CT_logoWith temperatures forecast to be in the mid-90s for the next 5 days, Caltrans and CHP want to make sure that the protestor, lodged in the tower of a wick drain stitcher, has access to food and water.

While this protestor is causing one of the two stitchers onsite to remain idle, other work on the project is moving forward.  Pile driving along the viaduct and at the south interchange is anticipated to begin next week.
